This workshop will help participants define performance management, explore how it functions, and examine tools to support it. You’ll learn the three phases of performance management, how to set effective goals, and give meaningful feedback. The course also introduces Kolb’s Learning Cycle, the role of motivation, and how to develop both a performance journal and a performance improvement plan.
